The world has changed dramatically since Paul started out with the team. Vantage has lived through a Global Pandemic, 5 prime ministers, 7 chancellors & Brexit and with that we have had to learn quickly, adapt and thrive in an increasingly volatile economic landscape, but we are not just up for it but excited for the coming years.

Our expertise of Dilapidations and Project Management are still core to who Vantage is and have a strong team of experts that have and continue to provide the very best service and results for our clients.

Our evidence-based approach combined with a bespoke strategy for each job has resulted in consistently outstanding dilapidation results for our clients.

When it comes to Project Management, we ensure that a strategy is driven by a value add approach, with ESG increasingly at the heart of what we do, having recognised the value it can add to the value of a property

We deliver a range of exceptional services

Our list of clients has grown with us proving that the relationships we build are strong and mutually beneficial, showing that we can adapt to the ever-changing market demand and our clients’ needs.

Looking into 2023, whilst there are clearly challenges that we will be facing alongside our clients we are excited to provide innovation and out of the box thinking to identify and optimise key opportunities for additional revenue streams to be developed.

One area we are particularly excited about and have invested heavily in research is EV chargers, with our very own EV consultant, Will Golding heading up  new service line. Watch this space….
