Ann Summers had a deal for new premises arranged and it needed a schedule of condition (SoC). Vantage work closely with Ann Summers and had a bespoke template using not just photos but V360 technology to provide a panoramic tour.

Using our innovative V360 technology we were able to produce the SoC swiftly and with great detail to ensure repair liabilities were limited and the data obtained helpful.
Our technology uses the cloud to share reports including the V360 tour so it’s available anywhere on any device be it a laptop, phone or other.
The bespoke format created for Ann Summers meant we did not have to spend hours and hours on the role ensuring we could fit this in quickly and deliver promptly. We do not favour off the shelf reports as they take often too long and lack the focus needed.
