A tailored approach and specification combined with Vantage's knowledge of the market allows for two units to see an increase in rental yield. Refurbishment works attracted an existing neighbouring tenant to move into the newly refurbished unit at an increased rent, thus providing a comparable for the vacant adjacent unit to also increase in rental value.

As ever sustainable and energy efficiency advice was essential. The EPC was improved from an E to a C, meeting MEES targets in 2027. Materials specified were from recycled or sustainable sources to meet ESG targets.

Our V360 tours during and at the end of work were an essential tool to help with management and agency advice. The unit has successfully relet within a short space of time at the target rent with minimal void periods.
