We measured the site, settled the dilapidations and project managed landlord works to place the unit in new condition.
After a 20 year lease the building needed TLC and supersession was needed to meet the market. We established what this would be early, surveyed the services to get a clear picture and put the case forward. By being open and direct we settled the dilaps at the target rate and early, great work on both sides of the fence.

Refurbishing an asset take planning and success is in the detail. We dealt a great independent interior designer, called on our excellent range of contractor and put together a specification under a JCT D&B format that ticked all the boxes.
Works were tendered and costs back along with suggestions for amending the specification to improve the work where possible. A great team approach saw an awesome scheme put together.
Early proactive advice is essential to success for project management and dilapidations. Engagement with all parties saw the dilapidations settled and everything come together for the refurbishment with the landlord having the cash ready to spend.
