Following the introduction of the International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS) for Office Buildings from January 2016 significant changes as to how office space is measured have come into play.
The RICS Property Measurement 1st Edition code (encompassing IPMS) is mandatory in the UK, we endeavour to provide consistent and accurate property data which is essential when appraising and making commercial property decisions.

Our team can produce land registry compliant lease plans swiftly and accurately, using all available information or from site inspections boundary measurement or conveyance plans.
