Before a property can be let or sold, the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive requires the vendor to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in place.
A well prepared and thought out EPC should be provided, but this is not always the case. Like many things “you get what you pay for”, Vantage Building Consultancy best protects our clients by using an approved list of Energy Assessors who are experts at what they do.
